Refund Policy
Sheldon Consultancy, LLC

At Sheldon Consultancy LLC, we are committed to providing a high-quality coaching experience. Due to the nature of our services—which include personal development, professional coaching, and the delivery of proprietary content—all payments are subject to the following refund terms:
1. General Policy
All payments made to Sheldon Consultancy LLC are nonrefundable, except as outlined below. By enrolling in any coaching program, package, or service, the client (“you”) agrees to this policy in full.
2. Program Enrollment Refund Window
- You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial program start date.
- After this 7-day period, no refunds will be issued—regardless of whether you complete, participate in, or attend the sessions.
3. Missed Sessions
- Missed sessions are not eligible for refund or credit.
- It is the client’s responsibility to attend scheduled sessions or to provide timely notice for rescheduling as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
4. Payment Plans
- Clients enrolled in a payment plan are required to complete all agreed payments in accordance with the signed agreement or invoice.
- Withdrawing from the program does not cancel any outstanding balance.
- No refunds will be issued for payments already made, even if the client discontinues participation.
5. Session Rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions without proper notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
6. Program Termination by Client
- If you choose to discontinue coaching services after the refund window (7 days), a written notice must be provided to terminate future sessions.
- No portion of payments already made will be refunded.
- Future payments due under a payment plan may be waived only at the discretion of Sheldon Consultancy, LLC, based on written request and reason for withdrawal.
7. Program Termination by Sheldon Consultancy, LLC
We reserve the right to terminate any coaching agreement due to client misconduct, noncompliance with program guidelines, or unethical behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
