Quarterly Group Leadership Sessions (2/21/26)
This 5-week intensive is designed to deconstruct and rebuild your leadership foundation. We go beyond surface-level management tactics to address the root of your effectiveness: Your Leadership Core/Identity. The Transformation is not a lecture; it is a laboratory. Designed for the leader who knows what to do but struggles to actually do it under pressure. Over 5 weeks, we don't just talk about the pillars—we build them into your daily career. You will receive real-time coaching, hot-seat feedback, and strategic correction.
Over five weeks (each Saturday), we meet for 90-minute deep-dive sessions covering four critical pillars:
- Leadership Identity: We move beyond definitions and tackle the internal blocks. We will do the deep work to dismantle Imposter Syndrome and align your personal values with your professional output so you lead authentically, not performatively.
- Mastering Executive Presence: Commanding space and refining how you show up isn't enough. Theory isn't enough here. We will audit how you speak, how you hold space, and how you handle conflict. You will learn to regulate your nervous system to remain poised in high-pressure boardrooms.
- Strategic Leadership Influence: Driving outcomes through relationships, not just authority. How do you manage up, down, and across? We will script difficult conversations and role-play negotiation tactics so you can navigate office politics and drive team performance without burnout.
- Operations & Scaling Your Leadership: Building the systems to execute your vision. This is where we fix your Strategy. You will build a 90-day operational roadmap that removes you as the bottleneck. We will create the actual SOPs and dashboards you need to scale your impact.
